Great Women

One day, some woman make my day wonderful.. When we do “lunch talking” about life, she is a woman at about thirty something, she has two children, and suddenly we talk about how women must do many role in their life.. they must be a good wife, good mother, and now I put good in actualized theirselves. Every married women has 24 working hours, when their husband only has 8 till 12 working hours. She said, everytime she thinking about her children at home, and she feel really hard when she get some overtime job. Everyday she wake up at 4 o’clock and preparing her children and husband some healthy breakfast. Then she working until 6 pm and go home with her husband, preparing dinner for a whole family when her husband relax in front of TV, she wash the equipment. After that, she must do her duty as a good wife for her husband (u know what I mean).. woowwww amazing… Until one day she must go to another city in weekend to finished her job, and her husband said to her “Ma, jangan pergi2 lagi dong, beneran deh, rasanya ga enak ke gereja ga sama2 kamu, ke undangan ga sama2 kamu, makanan bikinan si Mba juga ga enak”..

When I take a look around me, there so many guy depends on a woman. Either it is their mother, their wife, their girl friend, and so on. So I believe some wise person said “Behind every success man, there is always great woman”.

There so many example, such as when I see my Grandma and Grandpa.. If I do holiday with my Grandma, and my Grandpa stay in their house. He is very demanding, he calling very often (eventhough my Grandpa is still healthy until now, he can do anything without my Grandma). So, their grandchildren don’t have heart to separate them when holiday’s coming. On the other story, when I do another lunch talking with a woman who sell meal behind my office. She looks “old” and her husband is already died. But, she share some story about her husband. When he is alive, he never wanna go to wedding party, family gathering, or another event without his wife. He also don’t go to church if his wife’s not coming. Eventhough his children wanna go out with him, he said “I don’t wanna go anywhere without ur mum”.. I think it’s not about he can’t go anywhere, but he don’t wanna go anywhere because he depends on his wife. Wowww I think it is soooo sweet. When I ask to the old woman, what thinks that she do until her husband is very depends on her.. she said, only prioritized your family first.

I also remember about our ex-President, Soeharto.. after his wife (Mrs.Tien Soeharto) is dead, he suddenly falling down from his position. Another example is when Hillary Clinton still stay behind her husband eventhough he do one big liar when he said in front of pers “I never have an affair with that woman (Monica Lewinsky)”. Look, how patient she is. She still support her husband. She still believe on him and close her eyes with this case.

I know a man who has position as a Director in some blue chip company, he is a truck driver’s son, but someday he meet a girl who change his life with her mind and becoming his wife until now. Or some of my friends who stopped his bad habbit as a bad boy, junkie, and whatsoever just because of one sentence from his girl friend, “Aku sayang kamu, tapi klo kamu begini, berarti kamu ga memberi aku kesempatan untuk menyayangi kamu lebih lama”.. Suddenly he change his life for that girl, and now he become a success man and working in overseas.

After hear many story around me I’ve got the point, Girllll watchout!!!! Don’t make your self depends on them (guy), but make him depends on you.. (in positive way). Because as I know, guy don’t like woman who is very demanding and they happy when he look us (girl) happy with our own activity and we do fun with it. Not just ruin into his life… but never forget our destiny as a woman who created by God to be his (guy) helper.

And another invisible woman behind every great story of her husband…sometime people don’t know who is she.. sometime people don’t realized what’s they do.. because what they do is invisible.. they do support, they do job that can’t be count by money, they do something that don’t make them popular. But they do with LOVE.. for their spouse, for their family…
